As is probably the case with most households of school aged children, Knock-Knock jokes are the source of much fun and entertainment. Even Carter (aged 2) has started to get in on the action, but he seems to get mixed up with some other verbal communication activities. Here's his current version of a knock-knock joke, which he repeats often:
Carter: Knock-Knock
Mommy: Who's there?
Carter: Apple
Mommy: Apple who?
Carter: Fries, Chicken Nuggets and CHOC-IT MILK!
ummm, someone's been ordering at McDonalds too much....
