These are some pictures of when we rescued a bird who got tangled in our soccer net. His wing was tangled up pretty bad and sadly, our rescue was not enough. "Flappy" passed away before we were able to get him to a wildlife rescue worker. The boys gave him a lovely funeral service and burial in the woods at the end of the street.
